Beyond the Booth: What We're Looking Forward to at SupplySide Global 2026

26/10/2026
Trade shows compress months of email exchange into a twenty-minute conversation. For ingredient work, that matters. A specification sheet tells you what an extract is standardized to, but it rarely answers the questions a formulator actually has — how it behaves in a gummy base, what the powder looks like at a realistic inclusion rate, whether a finished concept is viable. Meeting in person lets suppliers, brands, R&D teams and procurement discuss those specifics instead of swapping catalogs.
Discussing Ingredient and Product Development Needs
Our conversations usually start with the product you're developing, not with our catalog:
- Which categories are you exploring — metabolic health, sleep and mood, healthy aging?
- Are you working on a capsule, a stick pack, a functional beverage?
- What does your team actually prioritize: a specific standardization marker, solubility, documentation for a target market, or MOQ and delivery terms ?
Those priorities differ from company to company, and understanding them first is what makes the rest of the discussion useful. It also tells us which ingredients and product options are worth putting on the table.

See the Samples. Explore the Possibilities.
We're bringing both raw ingredient samples and finished product samples to the booth — powders, extracts and finished formats you can look at and handle.
Some things are simply easier to judge in person. You can see the actual color and texture of an extract, compare particle size, observe how a powder flows, or examine an ingredient as it appears inside a finished format. To be clear: handling a sample at a booth doesn't verify purity, potency or quality — that requires proper lab testing. What it does offer is a faster, more concrete first impression than a specifications table, and it usually makes the questions you ask afterwards considerably sharper.
Connecting Ingredients with Real-World Applications
From the sample table, discussions tend to move naturally into application. Would this ingredient hold up in a beverage base? Does it make more sense as part of a blend than on its own? How do the  translate into your product concept and cost target?
For many visitors, the exchange itself is the value — someone else's perspective on a formulation problem. For those with an active development need, we can discuss next steps: evaluation samples, specifications and documentation, and follow-up after the show.
Let's Connect at SupplySide Global 2026
If you're attending and any of this sounds useful, come find us. Bring a project — even a rough one — or just the questions you haven't been able to settle by email.
We're looking forward to hearing what you're working on.
